Job Overview Fairview Range is looking for a Occupational Therapist to join our Hibbing Home Care and Hospice team. We take great pride in the privilege of providing compassionate care to our patients and their families while serving communities throughout the expansive Iron Range.
This position offers no call requirements, weekends off, day shifts only. Work with Fairview Range in Hibbing, Minnesota.
Coordinate and deliver tailored occupational therapy services for clients of all ages within a home care and hospice setting. Develop comprehensive care plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient independence.
Requires a Bachelor of Arts in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school and a valid Minnesota Occupational Therapist license. Must hold Basic Life Support certification and have less than one year of experience in acute, long-term, or clinic care.
