Job Description

If you’re a Physical Therapist (PT) who wants to empower patients to achieve meaningful outcomes through compassionate and patient-centered therapy—while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work opportunity—this is it.

In this role, you’ll provide physical therapy services to the adult/geriatric population, working closely with patients to improve independence, mobility, safety, and overall quality of life. You’ll have the opportunity to follow patient progress over time, deliver truly patient-centered care, and enjoy the flexibility to complete eligible responsibilities from home.

Here’s your chance to focus on what matters most—quality outcomes, consistency of care, clinical autonomy, and greater flexibility while making a meaningful difference every day.

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is a trusted therapy provider dedicated to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services while creating environments where clinicians feel supported, valued and empowered.
