Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacist is responsible for performing medication management activities to ensure safe, rational, and cost-effective therapy while maintaining regulatory compliance. Essential functions include processing orders, ensuring accurate preparation of medications, overseeing distributive functions, and supervising pharmacy technicians and support personnel.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must be a graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD and maintain a current pharmacist license in the practicing state, along with a valid state-issued ID. Required experience includes two years in an acute care setting and general experience in the field of pharmacy practice.
