Key Responsibilities

The Coder II performs ICD and CPT coding for specialty billing and ensures the accuracy of patient chart reviews. They are also responsible for maintaining data integrity within hospital information systems.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in clerical work or data entry. A professional certification such as CPC, CCS, CCA, RHIT, or RHIA is required.
