Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes to help them achieve independence in their daily environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Requirements
Must hold a current Occupational Therapist license and have at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting. A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and current CPR certification are required.
