Key Responsibilities

• Pharmacy Operations: Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storage of medications and supplies.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding the handling, storage, and dispensing of controlled substances.

Requirements

• Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize medication use and improve patient outcomes.

• Implement and manage medication therapy management programs.

• Education and Training: Provide education and training to pharmacy staff, healthcare providers, and patients regarding medication use and safety.
