Licensed Mental Health-*Therapist-Crisis Navigator*-(Cuyahoga County)

Key Responsibilities

The Crisis Navigator will respond to emergency or crisis requests, conduct comprehensive clinical screens and assessments, and develop complex client-centered treatment and intervention plans based on evidence-based practices. Responsibilities also include networking with community partners to coordinate resources and submitting thorough clinical documentation regarding services provided and client progress.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field, with a Master's degree preferred, along with current Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, or LMFT). A minimum of three years of experience in behavioral health care working with individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders is required, alongside strong knowledge of community resources.
