The clinician will provide individual and group therapy for substance use services, including co-occurring disorders, while managing an assigned caseload through assessments and tailored treatment plans. Responsibilities also include using motivational interviewing, coordinating care with the treatment team, and completing timely clinical documentation.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a behavioral health field (like Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology) and hold active PLPC or LMSW licensure. A minimum of one year of therapeutic service experience, preferably in substance use treatment, is required, with a strong preference for experience with dual diagnoses.
