Key Responsibilities

The Medical Director will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care while overseeing five Advanced Practice Providers and managing clinical quality initiatives. Responsibilities include maintaining Rural Health Clinic accreditation, conducting chart audits, and fostering a collaborative, patient-centered clinical environment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and be Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Previous leadership experience in a primary care setting is preferred.
