About the Role

Join Maple Grove Senior Living LLC as a Physical Therapist – Full-Time, SNF/LTC Setting in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for direction of the Physical Therapy Department staff, including Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Technicians.

Ability to observe and evaluate treatment effect, recommends change to physician and/or physician extender as needed.

Ability to perform an appropriate assessment on all patients as related to the therapy requested and provided and reassessments as per policy.

Formulates a teaching plan based upon identified learning needs and evaluates effectiveness of learning, family is included in teaching as appropriate.

Requirements

Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job.

Push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds to a minimum height of three (3) feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of fifty (50) feet.

Standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.
