Key Responsibilities

• Conducts Psychosocial Assessments for Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients as well as neonatal, Infant, and Pediatric patients.

• Determines inter

• relatedness of psychosocial factors and health status/disease process.

• Identifies emotional, social and financial needs of patient/family and provides assistance/referrals as appropriate.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Psychology required

• 4 years of experience in individual, group, and family therapies required Licenses and Certifications

• License Clinical Social Worker required

• Basic Life Support obtained within 7 days of employment required INDBH
