Physical Therapist (PT)- Early Intervention

Key Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and provide physical therapy services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays in home and community settings. Develop individualized treatment plans, educate families on home activities, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support child progress.

Requirements

Requires a current NYS license and registration as a Physical Therapist and a degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Candidates must have reliable transportation and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds and traveling daily.
