The LADC provides directive service to outpatient programs for substance abuse disorders. They are responsible for the assessment, evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning of all patients assigned to their caseload in accordance with the regulatory policies.

Key Responsibilities

• time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (starting and end time hours are flexible). What you will be doing:

• Assesses patient circumstances and alcohol use, both current and past, by completing a comprehensive, recovery

• oriented bio

• social evaluation by collecting data which enables identification of potential therapeutic targets for active treatment in collaboration with the clients.
