Work Schedule
- Full-time Monday–Friday schedule | Approximately 35–40 patient-contact hours weekly
- Call Schedule: Shared rotation approximately 1:5–1:7

Description
Healthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, permanent role we have available in the Greater DeMotte area of Indiana.
Step into a busy Family Medicine practice with an established patient base and physician colleagues. Telehealth complements in-person visits in a role centered on long-term patient relationships.
H-1B visa transfers are accepted; new H-1B sponsorship and J-1 waivers are not available.
What You Can Expect
- Patient/Case Volume: Approximately 15–25 outpatients daily
- Procedures / Clinical Scope: Outpatient Family Medicine, preventive care, and telehealth
- Support Staff / Resources: Collegial Family Medicine physician team
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Completed U.S. residency/fellowship training applicable to the specialty
- Active or eligible Indiana medical license
- Board eligibility must be current and meet immediate post-training examination requirements
- Current CV required
- No visa sponsorship available

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine services, including preventive care and telehealth consultations. Manage a daily patient volume of 15-25 individuals while maintaining long-term patient relationships.
