Key Responsibilities

The Team Lead provides clinical and operational leadership for the EAP team, including program quality monitoring and service coordination. They also maintain a partial clinical caseload, providing psychosocial assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention.

Requirements

A Master's degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in the EAP field, are required. Candidates must hold a current clinical counseling license in Indiana and obtain a CEAP credential within 6 months.
