DESCRIPTION

of private practice. This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling,

and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings

(SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

* Full-time (5-days per week) within Monday - Friday

* No nights or weekends

* Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation

* Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy

* Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus

life transitions

* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings

* Coverage area includes Chattanooga, Copperhill, Dunlap, Monteagle, and South

Pittsburg, Tennessee

Compensation and Benefits

* Estimated compensation range of $123,028 - $145,694 annually with no cap on

productivity income

* Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical,

dental, vision, PTO, 401k)

* Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Qualifications

* Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as a clinical psychologist

* PhD or PsyD required

* Eligible for independent practice and billing

* 1-year experience needed as a clinical psychologist

* Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
