Crisis Care Transition Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Work scheduled hours and any additional hours deemed necessary by leadership. Some variation in scheduled hours may be required to meet company needs.

• Participate in the on-call system as required.

• Provide crisis stabilization services to meet the needs of the clients in community settings to best serve those clients.

• Respond to behavioral health crises with appropriate crisis intervention strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or other related field, or equivalent experience and training.

• Must qualify at a minimum as a MHP per Illinois Department of Mental Health.

• Rule 132.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: Bachelor's $50,835.20 a year, Master's $57,761.60 a year

• Signing bonus: $4,000.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Call responsibilities required.
