  • As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
  • Evaluate patients to identify occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide occupational therapy to improve independence, daily living skills, fine motor coordination, and overall function.

  • Educate patients and caregivers on home therapy programs, adaptive techniques, and equipment.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on changing needs and physician orders.
  • Communicate patient progress, changes in condition, and safety concerns to physicians and the care team.
  • Coordinate adaptive equipment and specialized devices, including custom splints when needed.

Provide guidance and supervision to COTAs, Home Health Aides, and other clinical staff involved in patient care.​

  • What is Required?
  • Current, unrestricted OT license valid for the state of work
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a clinical care setting

Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment

Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license and have graduated from an accredited program. A minimum of one year of clinical experience and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation are required.
