Key Responsibilities

• Provides psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessment, evidence-based medication management and treatment, psycho-education, and follow-up to patients.

• Provides health and behavioral health services.

• Provides Medication Assisted Treatment to patients, as needed.

• Provides personal information to and participates in the credentialing process with managed care companies.

Requirements

• Ability to work well with other team members

• Good written and oral communication skills; legible handwriting and computer literacy and familiarity with one or more word processing, spreadsheet or electronic medical records systems

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

• Salary: $250K - $425K

• PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).
