About the Role

Join Apis Services Inc as a Behavioral Health Case Manager – Tuesday-Saturday in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Based Planning

• Act as part of a multidisciplinary team designed to provide services from a holistic and Values based perspective.

• Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies in order to assist program participants in connecting with all available resources. Direct Client Care

• Provide community

Requirements

• Indicates the minimum required education and years of experience. Include any required licenses or certificates. Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field is preferred and/or equivalent experience.

• Intermediate computer skills

• One year Case Management experience preferred
