About the Role
Join Apis Services Inc as a Behavioral Health Case Manager – Tuesday-Saturday in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Based Planning
- Act as part of a multidisciplinary team designed to provide services from a holistic and Values based perspective.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies in order to assist program participants in connecting with all available resources. Direct Client Care
- Provide community
Requirements
- Indicates the minimum required education and years of experience. Include any required licenses or certificates. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field is preferred and/or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate computer skills
- One year Case Management experience preferred

Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
