This position offers weekends off. Work with SAGE GROUP in Lacey, Washington.
Provide occupational therapy services to home health patients, including assessment, planning, and intervention. Coordinate care with physicians and educate patients and caregivers on treatment rationales and exercises.
Requires at least one year of OT experience and one year of recent home health experience within the last three years. Must be proficient in HCHB charting and possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and BLS certification.
