Key Responsibilities
The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive medical care for older adults, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. They lead a multidisciplinary care team and maintain accountability for patient outcomes while coordinating care across various settings.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics and possess an active state medical license. Board eligibility is required, and candidates must maintain a current DEA number and Basic Life Support certification.
