Key Responsibilities
- This person will serve as a resource on grief and anticipatory grief related to coping with a serious illness for other HopeWest staff and members of our community.
- The Grief Counselor will provide ‘grief in the workplace’ assistance and other education to community agencies and businesses who are dealing with issues related to serious illness or grief as needed.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a counseling field and/or social work is required.
- At least one (1) year of experience in counseling and grief work.
- At least one (1) year of experience working with adults and older adults in a related setting.
- Must have reliable transportation.
