Physical Therapist (PT)

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct patient care to restore strength and mobility. They will also collaborate with the rehabilitation team and educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and hold a current PT license. Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred, and CPR certification is required.
