Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in their homes or senior living communities to improve functional independence and mobility. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and document care effectively within the EMR system.

Requirements

Must hold a valid Occupational Therapy license or be eligible to obtain one in the state of practice. Requires basic computer proficiency, current CPR certification, and the physical ability to perform in-home patient care.
