Key Responsibilities
The Respiratory Therapist provides diagnostic and therapeutic services to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients across multiple hospital sites. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing respiratory interventions, and maintaining all respiratory care equipment.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care and possess a valid Respiratory Therapist license in Minnesota, along with RRT and BLS certifications. Additional certifications such as ACLS and NRP must be obtained within six months of hire.
