Key Responsibilities
The Lead Therapist delivers individual, group, and family therapy for PHP and IOP clients, while also providing clinical supervision to team members and interns. This role involves assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, improving group curriculum, and coordinating overall client care.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology, along with active Tennessee licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC). A minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting is required for this position.
