Key Responsibilities

The counselor supports the Group Home Parent in supervising residents and teaching independent living skills. Responsibilities include documenting incidents, writing progress notes, and utilizing therapeutic crisis intervention.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience working with children or teens. A valid driver's license, clean background, and basic computer skills are required.
