Your Top Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and group counseling while managing an advanced client caseload.
Conduct complex assessments, treatment planning, clinical interventions, crisis response, and ongoing evaluation of client progress.
Serve as a clinical resource to Recovery Coaches, Counselors, interns, and other counseling staff through consultation, guidance, mentoring, and training.
Support consistent implementation of Recovery Program curriculum, clinical practices, documentation standards, and program quality.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, community providers, and referral partners to support continuity of care and positive client outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with PRM, professional, and regulatory standards.
Participate in the on-call rotation, providing clinical coverage and crisis consultation outside regular business hours as assigned.
Help shape a counseling environment where clients encounter Christ-centered care, biblical truth, grace, accountability, and hope, while supporting the integration of Christian discipleship into clinical practice
Requirements
What You Should Have
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Addiction Counseling, Psychology, or another closely related behavioral health field.
Current Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners associate-level licensure (LMSW, LAC, LAMFT, or applicable equivalent) required; independent licensure preferred.
Minimum three years of professional counseling or behavioral health experience, including experience with substance use disorders and individuals experiencing complex recovery needs.
Demonstrated experience in prevention, crisis intervention, education, treatment, and group facilitation.
Strong clinical judgment with the ability to provide coaching, mentoring, consultation, and guidance to other counseling professionals.
Current Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions, or eligibility to obtain and maintain one without restrictions.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record and ability to meet Mission driving requirements.
Spiritual maturity and the ability to distinguish between clinical expertise and pastoral care while appropriately incorporating both into PRM’s model of service.
