Key Responsibilities

• As a Home Health SLP, you will provide skilled speech therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes while helping them improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.

• Provide therapy focused on communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

• Home health experience preferred but not required.

• Medicare OASIS documentation experience preferred.
