Requirements

Candidates must possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) and be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) upon hire, holding current BCLS certification. Required experience includes 2 years as an IBCLC, plus one year as an RN or completion of an RN residency program, with NRP certification required within 90 days of hire.
