Key Responsibilities

The therapist conducts individual and group therapy sessions while actively participating in treatment planning and family counseling. They also ensure accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or an equivalent field. A current clinical or social work license is required, along with CPR and de-escalation certifications.
