About the Role As a part-time Fee-for-Service Therapist, you’ll provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients at our outpatient clinic in Oshkosh, with the potential opportunity to partner with school staff in local school districts to bring mental health support to students in their educational environments.
With a focus on trauma-informed care, you’ll help clients achieve lasting change while enjoying the flexibility to shape your schedule. What You’ll Do Deliver therapy sessions at the outpatient clinic. Create personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of youth and families.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. Maintain accurate and timely client documentation. Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and required trainings.

Qualifications
What You Bring A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Licensure or licensure eligibility in Wisconsin (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience working with youth, families, and trauma-informed care. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to various settings. A commitment to uphold Rawhide’s mission and values.
