What Your per Diem Day Looks Like

• See patients in their homes throughout Monmouth County
• Work per diem hours totaling 0-4 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New Jersey
• Graduation from an accredited PT program
• Passion for patient-centered, in-home care
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Compensation & Scheduling
• $83/VISIT
