Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist

* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

* Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training

* Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery

* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

* Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)

* Complete documentation using streamlined technology

Qualifications

* Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
