Join OOS Management as a Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT) in Remote - Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs and BIPs.

• Collect session data and complete notes in Rethink within 24 hours.

• Maintain professional communication with families and the clinical team.

Requirements

• Active RBT Certification.

• 6+ months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.

• Familiarity with ABA data collection and documentation.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $25 - $30/hr.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.
