In this role, you will...
* Provide comprehensive assessments and ongoing management of neonatal patients
* Attend deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as appropriate
* Evaluate, stabilize, and manage newborns requiring specialized care
* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership to
develop individualized care plans
* Educate and support families throughout the newborn care experience
* Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
