Registered Radiologist Assistant (NYS Specialist Assistant License Required)

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Radiologist Assistant performs diagnostic procedures, monitors patients during radiologic exams, and assists in medical emergency responses. They also document patient outcomes, manage clinical research data, and communicate findings to the supervising radiologist.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree and a current New York State Specialist Assistant license in Radiology. Additionally, they are required to maintain active BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications.
