Provide behavioral health trainings, workshops and technical assistance to Erie staff, interns, and community partners as assigned. LCSW clinicians: supervise one (1) graduate-level interns when assigned. Other Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned to support Proyecto Cuidate Behavioral Health Department and Erie Neighborhood House's mission. This position operates within community-based behavioral health settings and requires travel between Erie Neighborhood House locations, schools, and partner agencies. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to meet clients and program needs. Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field. Minimum of two (2) years of professional clinical experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish. 40-Hour Domestic Violence Training Certificate. Experience working with immigrant, low-income, or culturally diverse communities or clients exposed to traumatic event(s) Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic practices. A valid Illinois driver's license Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
