Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor services for the youth and family in the community, including but not limited to, mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational, and social services.

Requirements

Consistently achieves established productivity thresholds.

Regularly reviews and modifies youth based plans to assure consistent progress and success on written plan goals.

Establishes and maintains strong relationships with assigned foster parents and families of origin.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $58K - $60K

Signing bonus offered.

22 days PTO.

Licensure & Certifications

Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work or a comparable Human Services field and a valid advanced professional license. Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and preferably two years of direct service experience with youth.
