Key Responsibilities

Conducts Psychosocial Assessments for Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients as well as neonatal, Infant, and Pediatric patients.

Determines inter

relatedness of psychosocial factors and health status/disease process.

Identifies emotional, social and financial needs of patient/family and provides assistance/referrals as appropriate.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Social Work or Psychology required

4 years of experience in individual, group, and family therapies required Licenses and Certifications

License Clinical Social Worker required

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Day shift only - no nights.
