About the Opportunity

Best Medical Center is growing, and we're looking for an Endocrinologist to join our team and help us continue providing personalized, high-quality care to our patients.

We're looking for a physician who enjoys building relationships with patients, working with a supportive team, and having the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an outpatient setting.

This is a great opportunity for an endocrinologist who is looking for a collaborative practice environment, a strong patient base, and the opportunity to grow with an expanding medical center.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of endocrine and metabolic conditions.

Manage patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity, osteoporosis, lipid disorders, and other endocrine conditions.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
  • Order and review laboratory and diagnostic testing.
  • Educate patients on their conditions, medications, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Work closely with primary care providers and other members of the care team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
  • Provide ongoing follow-up and continuity of care.
  • Help contribute to a positive, patient-focused experience.

What We're Looking For

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Endocrinology fellowship.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
  • Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient-focused approach to care.
  • Comfortable working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Compensation: $225,000–$265,000 annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
