Job Description
Client is seeking a compassionate and licensed Mental Health Clinician to provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health services to adults. The ideal candidate will deliver individual, group, and family therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Required Licensure
Applicants MUST currently hold an active New Jersey clinical license as one of the following to be considered for this position:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
A qualifying active New Jersey license is required for this position. Applicants who do not currently hold one of the licenses listed above will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments, crisis intervention, and safety planning.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other providers.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and professional ethical standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
- Active New Jersey LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license (Required).
- Experience providing mental health treatment and therapy services.
- Strong knowledge of CBT, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and DSM-5.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills.
