Requirements
- Performs crisis intervention with problems such as alcoholism, death, depression, anxiety, and loneliness.
- Participates in case conference for all patients and identifies patients that could benefit from social work assessment.
- Plans for coordinated Psychosocial support with other disciplines or community resources; consults with others as necessary.
- Works with patients in a counseling situation to help meet their psychosocial needs.

- Full-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
