Requirements

• Performs crisis intervention with problems such as alcoholism, death, depression, anxiety, and loneliness.

• Participates in case conference for all patients and identifies patients that could benefit from social work assessment.

• Plans for coordinated Psychosocial support with other disciplines or community resources; consults with others as necessary.

• Works with patients in a counseling situation to help meet their psychosocial needs.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Call responsibilities required.
