The Opportunity

• Up to $150k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with extensive emergency department experience will be considered.
• Current IL state license is a plus.

• HSHS Holy Family Hospital – Greenville, Illinois
• HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital – Breese, Illinois
• HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital – Highland, Illinois
• HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital – O’Fallon, Illinois
• A 160-bed suburban, tertiary community hospital.
• STEMI Receiving Center and Primary Stroke Center.
• 21-bed Emergency Department plus 4 overflow beds and 4 RME.
• Annual volume of 45,000 with a 22% admit rate.
• Glidescope with fiber optic bronchoscope capability and point of care ultrasound.
• Vituity-staffed scribes, hospitalists, and 24/7 intensivists offer integrated care solutions at the site.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.

In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
