Key Responsibilities

• 30% - Travel to college fairs, recruitment events, high schools, etc.

• Enrollment & Intervention to track student progress, report intervention outcomes, and refine support strategies. Maintains accurate case notes and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to FERPA regulations. -.

• 10% - Assist in the development of college-specific orientation programming.

• Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Higher.

• Education, or a related field.

• Master’s degree preferred in Counseling, Higher Education Administration, Social.

• Work, or Student Affairs.
