Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students in K-12 school settings. They will also provide direct services, train school staff, and participate in IEP meetings to ensure student progress.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and a Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst certification. At least one year of experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred.
