Key Responsibilities
Assesses patients' respiratory status and performs all respiratory therapy procedures according to medical prescriptions and departmental protocols. Operates, cleans, and maintains respiratory care equipment while collaborating with physicians and nursing staff.
Requirements
Requires an Associate of Applied Science in Respiratory Care and a current Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner license. Candidates must have at least 18 months of clinical practice in a hospital setting and hold relevant certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
