Key Responsibilities

The staff pharmacist is responsible for compounding and dispensing medications while monitoring patients for optimal therapeutic outcomes. They also provide drug information, manage inventory, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure safe and effective drug therapy.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctorate of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree obtained prior to 2000. A valid Pharmacist license from the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy is required.
