Key Responsibilities
- Perform medical screening procedures as appropriate for PPDE clients.
- Responsible for the development of follow

Requirements
- 3 years Nurse Practitioner Experience Preferred
- Valid Driver's License Required
- licensed clinical staff for clinical duties.
- Education and/or Experience
- mandated certifications / licensure.
- National Certification or a current Medicare/Medicaid number.

- 4 patients scheduled per hour, and compliance standards of the health center.
- Maintain a close working relationship with Associate Medical Director, Medical Director, VP of Operations, Health Center Managers, and other licensed staff of the agency.
- Initiate problem solving in coordination with Health Center Manager to ensure smooth health center flow.
Work Schedule
- Serve as a telephone resource person for client or medical information calls.
