Key Responsibilities

• Perform medical screening procedures as appropriate for PPDE clients.
• Responsible for the development of follow

Requirements

• 3 years Nurse Practitioner Experience Preferred
• Valid Driver's License Required
• licensed clinical staff for clinical duties.
• Education and/or Experience
• mandated certifications / licensure.
• National Certification or a current Medicare/Medicaid number.

• Maintain a close working relationship with Associate Medical Director, Medical Director, VP of Operations, Health Center Managers, and other licensed staff of the agency.
• Initiate problem solving in coordination with Health Center Manager to ensure smooth health center flow.

Work Schedule

• Serve as a telephone resource person for client or medical information calls.
